Your music.
Your device.
Microphone
Microphone access is requested only when you enable the tuner, chord detection or coach. Audio is analysed in memory in your browser. The application code does not record it or send it to a server. You can stop listening at any time; listening also stops when you leave the workshop or hide the tab.
Data on your device
Browser local storage keeps preferences (accord.preferences), completed lessons and one saved progression (accord.studio). These are not synced across devices. They remain until you clear this site’s data in your browser. The application does not create a user account.
Shared links
A shared progression encodes chords and tempo in the link fragment, after #. Anyone with the link can read that progression. No name or audio recording is added.
Hosting and resources
The site is hosted by Vercel. The hosting provider may process technical connection data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. Processing outside the European Union may occur under its terms. The workshop also loads fonts from Google Fonts; that request sends technical information, including an IP address, to the provider. Accord integrates no advertising or audience analytics tools. Hosting platform access mechanisms are separate from the workshop code.
When you email us
Contact opens your email application. Florent Combes EI receives only what you choose to send, to respond to your request, based on the legitimate interest in providing support. Sending is optional; without a reply address we cannot get back to you. Email providers process correspondence to deliver it; processing outside the European Union may occur under their terms. Please do not send sensitive data. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Correspondence is retained while the request is handled, then for up to 12 months after the last exchange, unless a retention obligation applies.
Your requests
For questions or requests about your data, email keepsurfing.contact@gmail.com. Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing your correspondence. You may lodge a complaint with the French CNIL. Local data can be deleted directly in your browser.
